Huawei P20 has a score of 78.1, which is a little bit better than the LG V20's 77 score. The Huawei P20 is a just a little lighter cellphone than LG V20, but both have the same thickness. The Huawei P20 features a bit better processing power than LG V20, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Huawei P20 also has a higher number of cores.
LG V20 has a bit sharper screen than Huawei P20, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a bit more pixels per screen inch. The LG V20 features much more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei P20, because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB.
Huawei P20 counts with a slightly better camera than LG V20, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a camera in the back with a much lower 12 MP resolution, and they both have the same diafragm aperture, the Huawei P20 also counts with a bigger camera sensor shooting better quality pictures and videos.
The Huawei P20 features just a bit better battery performance than LG V20, because it has a 3400mAh battery size.
Although Huawei P20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG V20. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Huawei P20, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG V20, resigning a couple features and specs.
