The Galaxy S25 Ultra is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Pro, with a score of 90.7 against 88.2. The Galaxy S25 Ultra body is way thinner and a lot lighter than Huawei P40 Pro. Both phones in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has the newer 14 version and Huawei P40 Pro has Android 10 version, providing lots of additional features.
Huawei P40 Pro has a really superior hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, although it has less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a way better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a better 1440 x 3088 pixels resolution, a just a little more pixels per screen inch and a quite bigger screen.
