Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro is better than the Xperia 10 II, with an 88.2 score against 78.5. Even being the best cellphone in this comparison review, Huawei P40 Pro's design is much heavier and a little thicker than Xperia 10 II. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 operating system. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit better screen than Xperia 10 II, because although it has a bit lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a slightly higher 1200 x 2640 pixels resolution and a little bigger screen.
Xperia 10 II has a very superior memory capacity for applications and games than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Xperia 10 II also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 1000 GB. The Huawei P40 Pro features a bit better processing unit than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei P40 Pro counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than Sony Xperia 10 II, because it has a 17% greater battery size. Huawei P40 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a bigger aperture, a lot more megapixels back-facing camera, a lot bigger camera sensor and better video frame rate.
