Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is much better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting an 88.2 score against 77.5. Although the Huawei P40 Pro is thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, it's just a little lighter and also noticeably newer. Huawei P40 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a little bigger display, a greater amount of pixels per display inch and a higher 1200 x 2640 resolution.
Huawei P40 Pro features a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a very superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a larger diafragm aperture, better 60 fps video frame rates, a lot higher resolution camera and a lot larger camera sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photographs.
Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40 Pro, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 128 GB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 has superior battery life than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 5300mAh battery size instead of 4200mAh.
