Apple iPhone 13 Pro has an overall score of 93.3, which is slightly better than Huawei P40's 86.4 overall score. The Apple iPhone 13 Pro design is newer and just a little bit thinner than Huawei P40's, but it is also somewhat heavier. Apple iPhone 13 Pro counts with iOS 15.x OS, and Huawei P40 works with Android 10 OS.
The iPhone 13 Pro has a superior CPU than Huawei P40, because although it has a lower number of cores (although faster), and they both have a 6 GB RAM, the iPhone 13 Pro also counts with a 64-bits CPU. The iPhone 13 Pro counts with a more vivid display than Huawei P40, and although they both have a same size screen, the iPhone 13 Pro also has a quite better resolution of 1170 x 2532 pixels and a little more pixels per inch of screen.
The iPhone 13 Pro and Huawei P40 both have extremely similar memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos, they have the same internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 features improved battery lifetime than Apple iPhone 13 Pro, because it has a 3800mAh battery size. The Huawei P40 takes way better photographs and videos than iPhone 13 Pro, because although it has a much smaller aperture which is not recommended for capturing photographs or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 60 fps video frame rates, the Huawei P40 also counts with a way better resolution back-facing camera.
Although iPhone 13 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P40. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy iPhone 13 Pro, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P40, letting go some specs and features.
