Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is just a bit better than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, with an 86.4 score against 85.5. These phones use Android operating system, but Huawei P40 has an older 10 version and Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has Android 11. Even though Huawei P40 is older than the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, it's body is a lot lighter and somewhat thinner.
Asus ZenFone 8 Flip's processing unit is very similar to Huawei P40's processing unit, and although the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ZenFone 8 Flip counts with a little sharper display than Huawei P40, because although it has a just a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a quite larger display.
Asus ZenFone 8 Flip has a way bigger memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Asus ZenFone 8 Flip also has a SD card slot that supports up to 2 TB. Asus ZenFone 8 Flip features longer battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
The Huawei P40 has a slightly better camera than Asus ZenFone 8 Flip, because although it has a much lower (4K) video resolution, a way lower 50 MP resolution camera in the back and a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking images and/or video in low-light environments, it also counts with a much bigger camera sensor.
