The Huawei Mate Xs has a general score of 91.6, which is slightly better than the Huawei P40's 86.4 overall score. Despite being the best cellphone in our current comparison, the Huawei Mate Xs body is way heavier and way thicker than the Huawei P40. The Huawei Mate Xs has a processor that is very similar to the Huawei P40 one, and although the Huawei Mate Xs has 2 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Huawei Mate Xs features a display that's very similar to the Huawei P40 one, because although the Huawei Mate Xs has a little bit lower screen density, it also counts with a way larger screen and a way higher resolution of 2200 x 2480. Huawei P40 features a much better camera than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for low light captures and video, and they both have the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality pictures, a more mega-pixels camera in the back and higher video frame rate.
The Huawei Mate Xs has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei P40, because it has 384 GB more internal storage capacity. Huawei Mate Xs has a bit superior battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has an 18 percent bigger battery capacity.
