Comparison review
Huawei P40 is slightly better than Huawei nova 5T, having a general score of 86.4 against 80.8. Both of these phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any differences in that aspect. Although it's the best in our current comparison, Huawei P40 is an a little bit thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than Huawei nova 5T.
The Huawei P40 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei nova 5T. They have the same RAM memory amount and 8 processing cores. Huawei P40 has a slightly better screen than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2340px resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a quite higher screen density.
Huawei P40 counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei nova 5T, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for taking pictures or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with better video frame rates, a much larger camera sensor capturing lot better quality photos and videos and a better 50 megapixels resolution back-facing camera.
Huawei P40 and Huawei nova 5T count with really similar storage for games and applications, both have equal internal memory capacity. The Huawei P40 features a little better battery life than Huawei nova 5T, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity.
Huawei P40 is not only the best phones between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also a lot cheaper, making it an easy decision.
