Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is a little bit better than Huawei P20 Pro's 81.4 score. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both of them should give you identical operating system features. Although the Huawei P40 is a little bit thicker than Huawei P20 Pro, it's just a little lighter and also newer.
Huawei P40 features just a bit better display than Huawei P20 Pro, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Huawei P40 also has a bit higher screen pixels density and a quite better resolution of 1080 x 2340. Huawei P40 features just a little better hardware performance than Huawei P20 Pro. Both have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 6 GB RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 counts with just a bit better camera than Huawei P20 Pro, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with a way larger sensor, higher 60 frames per second video frame rate and a better 50 mega pixels resolution back camera.
The Huawei P40 and the Huawei P20 Pro both count with incredibly similar storage to install applications and games, both have equal internal memory capacity. Huawei P20 Pro has a little better battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has a 5 percent larger battery size.
