Comparison review
Huawei P40 is much better than the Motorola Edge 40, getting an 86.4 score against 77.2. Huawei P40's construction is extremely older, just a bit heavier and a bit thicker than the Motorola Edge 40. These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei P40 has the older 10 version and Motorola Edge 40 has Android 13.
Huawei P40 features an extremely better processing unit than Motorola Edge 40, although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Motorola Edge 40 has just a bit better screen than Huawei P40, because although it has a just a little lower pixels density, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a bit bigger screen.
Huawei P40 features a bit better camera than Motorola Edge 40, because although it has a way tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for shooting photographs or videos in low light environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same resolution back facing camera, the Huawei P40 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor which offers a better photo and video quality and better 60 fps video frame rate.
The Motorola Edge 40 features as much memory to store more games and applications as the Huawei P40 one, both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a little better battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has 4400mAh of battery capacity against 3800mAh.
