Huawei P40 has an overall score of 86.4, which is much better than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus's 77.6 general score. The Huawei P40 construction is just a little thinner and a little lighter than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, even though they were only released with a couple months difference. The Huawei P40 features a bit sharper screen than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a quite better 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit greater pixels density.
The Moto G8 Plus features a bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei P40, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 512 GB.
