The Huawei P40 features a bit better performance than Galaxy A21, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 also has more RAM memory. Huawei P40 counts with a better display than Galaxy A21, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a lot more pixels per inch of display.
Huawei P40 features a slightly better storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A21, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Galaxy A21 has a little better battery life than Huawei P40, because it has a 5% bigger battery size.
Huawei P40 takes a lot better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for shooting images and/or video in poorly lited environments, it also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a lot better image and video quality, a lot higher (4K) video quality and a back facing camera with a way higher 50 mega pixels resolution.
Huawei P40 costs more than Galaxy A21, but it's still a good choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
