Comparison review
Galaxy A50s has a score of 86.6, which is just a bit better than Huawei P40's 86.4 global score. These phones work with the same Android 10 operating system. Even though the Galaxy A50s and the Huawei P40 were released only a couple of months apart, the Galaxy A50s is a little bit thinner and a little lighter.
Huawei P40 features a bit better looking display than Samsung Galaxy A50s, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340px, the Huawei P40 also counts with a bit better screen pixels density. The Samsung Galaxy A50s features much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A50s also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Huawei P40 features a little faster processor than Samsung Galaxy A50s. They have the same number of cores and 6 GB of RAM. Samsung Galaxy A50s counts with a bit better battery performance than Huawei P40, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity. The Huawei P40 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy A50s, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor shooting way better quality photos, a camera in the back with more mega pixels, better video frame rates and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures.
