Comparison review
The Galaxy A52 5G has an overall score of 91.3, which is slightly better than the Huawei P40's overall score of 86.4. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS, but the Galaxy A52 5G has 12 version while Huawei P40 has Android 10 version, offering a couple nice extra features and a performance increase. Galaxy A52 5G's body has the same thickness than the Huawei P40, but it's a little bit heavier.
Huawei P40 has a bit sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, because although it has a quite smaller display and a bit lower 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little greater pixel amount per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy A52 5G has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A52 5G also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1 TB.
The Huawei P40 features a bit better processing power than Galaxy A52 5G. Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and the same number of cores. The Huawei P40 has just a bit better camera than Galaxy A52 5G, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not good for low light photography, a worse (4K) video resolution and a much lower resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a lot larger sensor which gives a way higher image and video quality.
The Galaxy A52 5G counts with a bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has an 18 percent bigger battery capacity.
