Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is much better than the Galaxy A70, getting an 86.4 score against 76.9. Both devices we are comparing here come with the same Android 10 OS. Huawei P40 is a newer and a bit lighter cellphone than Galaxy A70, although it is a little thicker. The Huawei P40 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A70. Both have 8 cores and 6 GB of RAM.
The Huawei P40 counts with just a bit better display than Samsung Galaxy A70, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 2340 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display. Huawei P40 features a lot better camera than Galaxy A70, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low light photography and video, and they both have the same video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with better video frame rate and a lot bigger sensor shooting lot better quality photos and videos.
Galaxy A70 has a way bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy A70 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A70 features just a little bit longer battery life than Huawei P40, because it has a 4500mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Huawei P40 is also by far the cheapest.
