Comparison review
Huawei P40 is a bit better than Galaxy M40, getting a general score of 86.4 against 85. Although Huawei P40 is newer than the Galaxy M40, it is just a bit heavier and a little bit thicker. These phones use the same Android 10 OS, so both should give you very similar operating system features. Huawei P40 features a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy M40. They have 6 GB of RAM memory and a Octa-Core processing unit.
Huawei P40 features a little more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2340, the Huawei P40 also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the display. Huawei P40 shoots better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy M40, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with a back facing camera with a lot higher 50 megapixels resolution, a way larger back-facing camera sensor and faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
The Galaxy M40 counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy M40 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. Huawei P40 features just a bit better battery life than Galaxy M40, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity.
