Comparison review

Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a general score of 98.9, which is much better than Huawei P40's 86.4 general score. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version and Huawei P40 has Android 10 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra's design is somewhat heavier but just a little bit thinner than Huawei P40, and both of them were only released 5 months apart.

The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a little better performance than Huawei P40, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has more RAM. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a little bit better looking display than Huawei P40, because it has a just a little greater screen pixel density, a better 1440 x 3088 resolution and a little larger screen.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a lot bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra also has an external SD slot that holds up to 1000 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a bit superior battery performance than Huawei P40, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Huawei P40, because although it has a tinier back-facing camera sensor shooting lower quality videos and images, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better images and videos in low-light environments, a camera in the back with lot more mega pixels and a much better video definition.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Huawei P40. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Huawei P40, resigning some specifications.
