Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Note5's 80.2 overall score. Huawei P40's construction is newer, but a little heavier and a little bit thicker than Galaxy Note5. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 has a little bit better looking screen than Huawei P40, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
Huawei P40 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Note5, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei P40 also has more RAM memory. Huawei P40 shoots greater photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and a F1.9 aperture, the Huawei P40 also has a camera in the back with way more mega pixels, a way larger back-facing camera sensor taking way better quality photographs and better video frame rate.
The Huawei P40 has a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Note5, because it has 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P40 features improved battery duration than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because it has a 3800mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
