Comparison review
Galaxy S10 has an overall score of 88.3, which is just a bit better than Huawei P40's 86.4 overall score. The Galaxy S10 is an older cellphone than Huawei P40, but it's lighter and just a little thinner anyway. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S10 has 11 version and Huawei P40 has Android 10, so it gives you some extra features.
Galaxy S10 counts with a bit sharper screen than Huawei P40, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Galaxy S10 also has a better resolution of 1440 x 3040px and more pixels per screen inch. Galaxy S10 features a much better memory to install games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory, the Galaxy S10 also has a SD card slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Galaxy S10 features a processing unit that is just as good as Huawei P40's processing unit, and although the Galaxy S10 has a larger amount of RAM, they both have 8 cores. Huawei P40 shoots better photos and videos than Galaxy S10, because although it has a much tinier diafragm aperture, and they both have the same video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a much more mega-pixels camera.
Huawei P40 features a little longer battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S10 is a better device, it costs more money than the Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Huawei P40. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Galaxy S10, else you can save some money and buy the Huawei P40, giving up a couple features and specifications.
