Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a bit better than Huawei P40, having a 92.3 score against 86.4. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has the newer 11 version while Huawei P40 has Android 10 version, so it offers some extra features and performance optimizations. Even though Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G and Huawei P40 were released with only a couple of months difference, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G's construction is somewhat thinner but also a little heavier.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a screen that's just as good as the display in Huawei P40, although the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G also has a just a bit more pixels per screen inch, a little bit bigger display and a slightly higher 1080 x 2636 resolution. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a much greater storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei P40, because it has more internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei P40, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Huawei P40 has a superior camera than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a smaller aperture which is worse for capturing photos or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 60 fps video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Huawei P40 also counts with a much bigger back-facing camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photos and a back camera with way more MP.
Huawei P40 counts with just a little better battery life than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because it has a 3800mAh battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Huawei P40, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei P40. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Huawei P40, giving up some specifications.
