Comparison review
The Huawei P40 is a bit better than Xperia 10 II, having an 86.4 score against 78.5. Both of these phones use the same Android 10 OS (operating system). Although it's the best cellphone we compare here, it must be noted that it's also a a bit thicker and somewhat heavier cellphone. Sony Xperia 10 II features a display that is just as good as the Huawei P40 one, because although the Sony Xperia 10 II has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels.
The Xperia 10 II counts with a very superior storage to install games and applications than Huawei P40, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Xperia 10 II also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1000 GB. The Huawei P40 has a little better performance than Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei P40 also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Huawei P40 features just a little bit longer battery performance than Xperia 10 II, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity against 3600mAh. The Huawei P40 has a much better camera than Sony Xperia 10 II, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also has a larger aperture, a way more mega-pixels camera, a much larger back-facing camera sensor shooting lot better quality photos and videos and faster video frame rate.
