Huawei P40 has a global score of 86.4, which is better than Xperia Z5's score of 77.6. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei P40 has 10 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1, so it provides the user a lot of extra features. The Huawei P40 is a noticeably newer cellphone than the Xperia Z5, although it is somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker.
The Huawei P40 has a bit better CPU than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Huawei P40 also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory. Xperia Z5 counts with a bit more vivid display than Huawei P40, because although it has a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.
The Huawei P40 features a better camera than Xperia Z5, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same video definition, the Huawei P40 also counts with faster video frame rates, a much bigger sensor which offers a much better image and video quality and a camera with much more megapixels.
Huawei P40 features a greater storage to install applications and games than Sony Xperia Z5, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. Huawei P40 features greater battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 3800mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, Huawei P40 is also a bargain compared to the other phones.
