Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a general score of 86.4, which is just a bit better than Xiaomi Black Shark 2's 82.3 overall score. Huawei P40 is a newer device, and it is also a little thinner and somewhat lighter than the Xiaomi Black Shark 2. Both phones in this comparison review use the same Android 10 OS. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a bit better looking display than Huawei P40, because although it has a little worse count of pixels per inch in the screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2340 resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 also counts with a bit larger display.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features as much storage to store more apps and games as the Huawei P40, both have equal 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a processing unit that's just as good as the Huawei P40 one, and although the Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 CPU cores.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 has a little better battery performance than Huawei P40, because it has a 4000mAh battery size. Huawei P40 has a bit better camera than Xiaomi Black Shark 2, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for low light photos and videos, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with a more MP camera in the back, better 60 frames per second video frame rates and a much larger camera sensor providing a way better image quality.
