Comparison review
The Huawei P40 has a global score of 86.4, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's general score of 77.7. Huawei P40 is a just a little thicker and just a little bit heavier phone than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both devices in this review include Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei P40 has older 10 version while Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has Android 8.1 Oreo.
Huawei P40 has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM and 8 cpu cores. Huawei P40 counts with a slightly better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a just a little greater pixels number per inch of display.
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite and Huawei P40 count with similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, both of them have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 captures way better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, and although they both have the same aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei P40 also has a way bigger back camera sensor, a back facing camera with a much higher resolution and higher 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Huawei P40 features just a bit longer battery life than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3350mAh.
