Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is a bit better than the Huawei P40, getting a general score of 89 against 86.4. Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 is a newer and a little thinner cellphone than the Huawei P40, although it is noticeably heavier. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 captures much clearer videos and photos than Huawei P40, because although it has a smaller sensor taking less light and dull colors, and they both have a same size aperture, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 4 also counts with a back camera with much more megapixels and a way higher video definition.
