Comparison review
Huawei P40 is better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, with an 86.4 score against 75.7. Despite of the fact Huawei P40 is extremely older and just a bit thicker than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, it's design is still a little lighter. These devices use Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 has an older 10 version while Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12.
The Huawei P40 counts with a much more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro. They have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro features just a bit better display than Huawei P40, because although it has a little lower screen pixels density, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2400px resolution and a little bigger screen.
Huawei P40 features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, and although they both have a F1.9 diafragm aperture, the same video definition and the same resolution back-facing camera, the Huawei P40 also has higher 60 fps video frame rates and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro and Huawei P40 count with very similar memory to store more games and applications, both of them have equal internal memory. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has improved battery performance than Huawei P40, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
