Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro is slightly better than the Huawei P60, having an 81 score against 75. Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro's body is thinner and just a little bit lighter than the Huawei P60. Samsung Galaxy C9 Pro comes with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, and Huawei P60 comes with Android operating system.
