Galaxy M31s has an overall score of 88, which is way better than the Huawei P8max's 72.1 general score. The Galaxy M31s design is extremely newer and somewhat lighter than Huawei P8max's, although it's also a lot thicker. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M31s has older 11 version while Huawei P8max has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.
Samsung Galaxy M31s features a bit superior CPU than Huawei P8max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy M31s also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Samsung Galaxy M31s has a little sharper display than Huawei P8max, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a quite higher display density.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s captures way better photographs and videos than Huawei P8max, because it has a way better video quality, a bigger aperture and a back-facing camera with a much better resolution.
