Comparison review
The Galaxy S5 Plus is slightly better than Huawei P9 Plus, having a 78.1 score against 75.5. The Galaxy S5 Plus is an older and somewhat thicker phone than Huawei P9 Plus, but Samsung made it lighter anyway. Both of these devices use Android OS, but Galaxy S5 Plus has older 4.4.2 version and Huawei P9 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Galaxy S5 Plus has a CPU that is just as good as the CPU in Huawei P9 Plus, because although the Galaxy S5 Plus has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus counts with a better display than Huawei P9 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also counts with a just a bit higher pixel number per display inch.
Huawei P9 Plus counts with much more memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has 48 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 256 GB. The Huawei P9 Plus features longer battery lifetime than Galaxy S5 Plus, because it has a 21 percent larger battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus captures slightly better photographs and videos than Huawei P9 Plus, and although they both have a F2.2 aperture, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus also has a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality videos and photos, a way better video definition and a way better 16 MP resolution back facing camera.
