The Kyocera Hydro Plus is a bit better than the ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus, getting a 44.9 score against 41.5. Both phones in this review come with Android operating system, but Kyocera Hydro Plus has 4.0 version and ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus has Android 4.0.4. The ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus counts with a bit faster processing unit than Kyocera Hydro Plus, because although it has doesn't have a graphics co-processor, and they both have a 512 MB RAM, the ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus also counts with 1 more CPU cores.
Kyocera Hydro Plus counts with a much sharper display than ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a lot better pixel density. ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Kyocera Hydro Plus, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 32 GB, the ICEMOBILE Galaxy Prime Plus also has 2 GB more internal storage capacity.
