This phone ships with a Qualcomm Snapdragon S2 MSM8655 system chip, packing a great performance 1000 MHz CPU and 512 MB of RAM. Handling graphic rendering, it also uses a 245 megahertz Adreno 205 GPU. This phone has a decent 2 GB internal memory, which is adequate for the average user considering the Kyocera Hydro Plus also has an SD extension slot .
This phone is available just in color black. Kyocera didn't seem to put much effort to reduce weight in this 4.16 oz phone.
This cellphone has only a 3.2 mega-pixels back facing camera. In addition, the camera includes flash.
Kyocera packed the Kyocera Hydro Plus with a interesting 3.5-inches display, and a 480 x 320 resolution, providing this cellphone with an average image quality. This display uses LCD capacitive technology, and has multi-touch detection.

This device is being sold for 140 dollars, which is very expensive for comparing with similar devices.
