Moto E5 has a general score of 66, which is a lot better than the LG Apex's score of 46.2. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Moto E5 has newer 8.0 Oreo version while LG Apex has Android 2.1 version, so it offers some nice extra features and increased performance. Even though the Moto E5 is a bit heavier than LG Apex, it's thinner and newer.

The Moto E5 counts with a much powerful CPU than LG Apex, because it has a higher number of cores and 1,75 GB more RAM memory. The LG Apex features a bit more vivid screen than Moto E5, because although it has a much lower resolution of 800 x 480 pixels and a way smaller display, it also counts with a little greater pixel density.
