The Moto E5 has a score of 66, which is way better than the LG Enact's global score of 54.1. Moto E5 is a a bit heavier but extremely thinner phone than the LG Enact. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Moto E5 has the newer 8.0 Oreo version while LG Enact has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives you some additional features and enhanced performance.
The Moto E5 has a bit more powerful processor than LG Enact, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with more cores. LG Enact features a little sharper screen than Moto E5, although it has a lot smaller screen, a lot lower resolution of 800 x 480px and a just a bit worse pixel amount in each inch in the display.
Moto E5 takes a lot better photographs and videos than LG Enact, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video quality, the Moto E5 also has a back facing camera with lot more MP. The Motorola Moto E5 features a much greater memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG Enact, because it has more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 128 GB.

Moto E5 is a bit more expensive than LG Enact, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
