Comparison review

Sony Xperia Z5 is a little bit better than the LG G Flex 2, having a 77.6 score against 75.2. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Sony Xperia Z5 has a more recent 5.1 version while LG G Flex 2 has Android 5.0, so it offers some additional features and some performance improvements. Although Sony Xperia Z5 and LG G Flex 2 were released only a couple of months apart, Sony Xperia Z5's body is noticeably thinner but just a bit heavier.

Sony Xperia Z5 and LG G Flex 2 feature very similar displays, because although the Sony Xperia Z5 has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel density. Sony Xperia Z5 has just a bit more storage to install applications and games than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Sony Xperia Z5 also has a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 200 GB.

The LG G Flex 2 counts with just a bit better performance than Xperia Z5, and although they both have the same number of cores and a 3 GB RAM memory, the LG G Flex 2 also has a 64-bits CPU and a better graphics co-processor working at 600 megahertz. LG G Flex 2 has just a bit longer battery duration than Sony Xperia Z5, because it has a 3 percent bigger battery size.

The Sony Xperia Z5 features a lot better camera than LG G Flex 2, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Sony Xperia Z5 also has a camera in the back with much more mega pixels.

Although Xperia Z5 is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG G Flex 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G Flex 2. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy the LG G Flex 2, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
