LG V50 ThinQ is much better than the LG G Pad 5, with an 83.7 score against 70.8. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the LG V50 ThinQ has the older 10 version and LG G Pad 5 has Android 9.0 Pie. Even though the LG V50 ThinQ and the LG G Pad 5 were released with only 6 months difference, LG V50 ThinQ's construction is a bit thicker but way lighter.
The LG V50 ThinQ counts with an incredibly better looking display than LG G Pad 5, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120. LG V50 ThinQ has a lot bigger storage to store more apps and games than LG G Pad 5, because it has an external SD slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory.
The LG V50 ThinQ features just a bit better performance than LG G Pad 5, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the LG V50 ThinQ also has more RAM. LG G Pad 5 features a much better battery performance than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 105% greater battery capacity. The LG V50 ThinQ shoots much clearer videos and photos than LG G Pad 5, because it has a lot higher 3840x2160 video definition and a back camera with lot more MP.
LG V50 ThinQ is a bit more expensive than LG G Pad 5, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
