The Galaxy J7 Max is a bit better than the LG G2, having a general score of 76.1 against 73.7. These phones come with Android operating system, but Galaxy J7 Max has the newer 7.0 Nougat version and LG G2 has Android 4.4.2. Galaxy J7 Max's construction is notably newer and a little thinner than the LG G2's, although it is also incredibly heavier.
LG G2 features a brighter display than Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a little smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the LG G2 also counts with a bit better pixels quantity in each screen inch. LG G2 and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max feature very similar CPUs, because although the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a larger number of faster cores.
Galaxy J7 Max counts with a very superior storage capacity for apps and games than LG G2. Both have the same internal memory. LG G2 takes slightly better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy J7 Max, because although it has a much tinier camera aperture which is not nice for low light images and videos, and they both have a 13 megapixels resolution back camera and the same video quality, the LG G2 also counts with better 60 fps video frame rates.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Max features just a bit better battery performance than LG G2, because it has a 10% more battery size.
