Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has a score of 79.3, which is a little bit better than the LG G2's 73.7 score. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ body is newer and incredibly thinner, but just a little bit heavier than the LG G2. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ has the newer 5.1 version while LG G2 has Android 4.4.2 version, providing you a couple additional features.

The LG G2 counts with a bit better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, although it has a bit smaller screen, a just a little less pixels per inch of screen and a way worse 1920 x 1080 resolution. The Galaxy S6 edge+ counts with a much better memory capacity for apps and games than LG G2, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.

LG G2 features a bit superior processor than Galaxy S6 edge+, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a greater number of cores (and they are faster). Galaxy S6 edge+ shoots clearer photos and videos than LG G2, because it has a bigger sensor which gives a higher image and video quality, a much better 3840x2160 video quality, a better 16 megapixels resolution back facing camera and a way bigger aperture for better photos and videos in low-light environments.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+'s battery duration is very similar to LG G2's battery duration.

Although Galaxy S6 edge+ is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S6 edge+, else you can save some money and buy the LG G2, giving up some specifications.
