Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 has a score of 79.5, which is just a bit better than the LG G3's 76.4 general score. Huawei Mate 20 is a newer and a bit thinner phone than LG G3, but it is also way heavier. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 20 has a newer 9.0 Pie version while LG G3 has Android 5.0, giving some additional features and enhanced performance.
LG G3 counts with a brighter display than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has much more opaque screen and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels density and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Huawei Mate 20 counts with a processor that's very similar to the LG G3 one, because although the Huawei Mate 20 has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a higher amount of RAM memory and 4 more processing cores.
The Huawei Mate 20 has a little bit better camera than LG G3, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 video quality and a camera in the back with lesser megapixels, it also counts with a way bigger sensor taking way higher quality pictures and a way bigger diafragm aperture. Huawei Mate 20 has a superior storage to install games and applications than LG G3, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate 20 features longer battery life than LG G3, because it has a 33 percent larger battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G3. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG G3, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your budget.
