Galaxy Note5 has a global score of 80.2, which is slightly better than LG G3's overall score of 76.4. The Galaxy Note5 body is newer and somewhat thinner, but heavier than the LG G3. The LG G3 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy Note5, because although it has a quite smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 2560 x 1440, the LG G3 also counts with a little more pixels per screen inch.

The LG G3 features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy Note5, because although it has lesser RAM and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with a GPU. The Samsung Galaxy Note5 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than LG G3, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Note5 also has a way larger diafragm aperture, a back-facing camera with more mega-pixels and a bigger camera sensor which gives a better image and video quality.

LG G3 has a slightly bigger storage for games and applications than Galaxy Note5, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Note5 features a battery lifetime that's very similar to the LG G3 one.
