Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 has a general score of 82.6, which is slightly better than LG G3's 76.4 overall score. Sony Xperia 1 is a a lot newer and just a bit thinner phone than LG G3, although it is heavier. The Xperia 1 features a bit better hardware performance than LG G3, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores and a higher amount of RAM.

LG G3 features a bit better looking screen than Xperia 1, because although it has a little bit lower display pixels density, a way worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a quite more display brightness. The Sony Xperia 1 counts with just a bit better camera than LG G3, because although it has a lesser mega pixels camera in the back and a worse video definition, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures and a lot larger aperture to take better low light photography and videos.

The Xperia 1 has a much bigger memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G3, because it has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB and 96 GB more internal storage. The Sony Xperia 1 counts with a bit better battery duration than LG G3, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.

Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G3. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Xperia 1, else you can save some money and get the LG G3, resigning a couple specifications.
