Comparison review
The Galaxy A12 has a general score of 80.3, which is just a bit better than the LG G6's 75.6 general score. Galaxy A12 is a notably newer cellphone than the LG G6, although it's somewhat thicker and a lot heavier. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy A12 has an older 10 version and LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Galaxy A12 has a bit better processing unit than LG G6, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Galaxy A12 also has more 2.35 GHz processing cores. The LG G6 counts with an incredibly better screen than Samsung Galaxy A12, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a way better count of pixels per inch in the display and a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels.
The Samsung Galaxy A12 takes just a bit better pictures and videos than LG G6, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy A12 also counts with a lot higher 48 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
Galaxy A12 counts with just a bit more memory capacity for games and applications than LG G6, because although it has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory capacity. Galaxy A12 has a much better battery life than LG G6, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
