Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 5s is a little bit better than the LG G6, having a score of 76.4 against 75.6. Even though Xiaomi Mi 5s and the LG G6 were released with only a couple of months difference, the Xiaomi Mi 5s body is just a little bit thicker but also somewhat lighter than the LG G6. Both phones we are comparing here have Android operating system, but Xiaomi Mi 5s has older 6.0 Marshmallow version while LG G6 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
LG G6 features a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels, a better screen pixel density and a little bit bigger display. Xiaomi Mi 5s's processor is very similar to the CPU in LG G6, both have 4 GB of RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 5s and LG G6 count with very similar cameras, because although the Xiaomi Mi 5s has a less megapixels camera, a lower 3840x2160 video quality and a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light captures, it also counts with a way bigger sensor.
LG G6 features a much greater storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The LG G6 counts with a bit better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a 3 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Mi 5s is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG G6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G6. If you want to save some money, you can get the LG G6, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most out of your savings.
