Comparison review
The Motorola Edge (2022) has a general score of 84.7, which is a bit better than the LG G7 ThinQ's score of 81. Motorola Edge (2022)'s construction is extremely newer, but a little heavier and a little thicker than the LG G7 ThinQ. Both phones we compare here come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge (2022) has an older 12 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie.
The LG G7 ThinQ has a much better display than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density and a better 1440 x 3120px resolution. LG G7 ThinQ has a superior storage to store more games and applications than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB.
LG G7 ThinQ counts with a little faster CPU than Motorola Edge (2022), although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. Motorola Edge (2022) has a superior battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh. Motorola Edge (2022) shoots better pictures and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not good for capturing photos and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge (2022) also counts with a much higher resolution camera in the back.
Although Motorola Edge (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G7 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola Edge (2022), but if you don't you can save some money and buy the LG G7 ThinQ, letting go a couple specifications.
