The LG V30 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8, getting a global score of 79.1 against 76. LG V30 is an way older phone than OnePlus 8, but LG managed to build it just a little thinner and lighter. OnePlus 8 has a bit superior processor than LG V30, and although they both have the same number of cores, the OnePlus 8 also has a greater amount of RAM.
The OnePlus 8 counts with a bit better display than LG V30, because although it has a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a little bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger display. OnePlus 8 has a much better camera than LG V30, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and videos in poorly lited environments, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the OnePlus 8 also counts with better video frame rate, a way bigger sensor capturing lot higher quality pictures and a back facing camera with a lot better resolution.
LG V30 counts with a superior storage for apps and games than OnePlus 8, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. OnePlus 8 counts with improved battery life than LG V30, because it has a 30 percent larger battery size.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, the LG V30 is also cheaper than the OnePlus 8.
