Galaxy Note9 is much better than LG V30, with an 87.1 score against 79.1. Galaxy Note9's body is newer, but somewhat thicker and way heavier than the LG V30. The Galaxy Note9 features a bit better processing unit than LG V30, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Note9 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.

The LG V30 and the Samsung Galaxy Note9 both count with extremely similar displays, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note9 has a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger display and a slightly higher 1440 x 2960px resolution. LG V30 counts with a slightly better storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note9, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Galaxy Note9 counts with improved battery duration than LG V30, because it has a 4000mAh battery size instead of 3300mAh. The Samsung Galaxy Note9 counts with just a bit better camera than LG V30, because although it has a back-facing camera with lot less mega pixels resolution and a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better photos in low light environments and a larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.

The Samsung Galaxy Note9 is way more expensive than the LG V30, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
