Comparison review

LG V40 ThinQ has an overall score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than Google Pixel 3 XL's 80.7 global score. Even when the LG V40 ThinQ and the Google Pixel 3 XL were released with only 0 months difference, the LG V40 ThinQ is a little bit thinner and a little lighter. The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little more vivid display than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has a just a bit better pixel density, a little higher 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a little bit bigger screen.

LG V40 ThinQ has a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a SD memory slot that allows up to 1,95 TB. LG V40 ThinQ has just a bit better hardware performance than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Google Pixel 3 XL features a bit longer battery duration than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity instead of 3300mAh. The LG V40 ThinQ shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor which gives a lower image and video quality, a lesser mega-pixels resolution camera in the back and a lower 3840x2160 video resolution, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low light captures.

Although LG V40 ThinQ is a better device, it is a little more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Google Pixel 3 XL. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3 XL, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
