These devices have Android operating system, but the LG V40 ThinQ has the previous 10 version while Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus has Android 4.4.2 version. LG V40 ThinQ's design is a lot newer and just a bit thinner, but heavier than Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus.
