The LG V40 ThinQ is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, with an 81.2 score against 78.1. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but LG V40 ThinQ has the older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11.
