Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a score of 84.2, which is a bit better than the LG V50 ThinQ's score of 83.7. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro is a much newer phone than the LG V50 ThinQ, but it's a bit thicker and heavier. Both phones in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has newer 14 version while LG V50 ThinQ has Android 10, providing some additional features and better performance.

The LG V50 ThinQ features a much more powerful CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, although it has 10 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a little bit better display than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and much less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a bit larger screen.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro features a slightly bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro counts with a lot better camera than LG V50 ThinQ, because although it has a way tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting photos and video in low light environments, it also counts with a lot more mega-pixels back-facing camera, a much better video quality and a lot larger back camera sensor taking way better quality videos and photos.

The Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has a really longer battery life than LG V50 ThinQ, because it has a 5500mAh battery capacity.
