LG V50 ThinQ is a bit better than the LG V20, getting an 83.7 score against 77. The LG V50 ThinQ body is a lot newer than LG V20's, but it's a little bit thicker and just a little heavier. LG V50 ThinQ has just a bit better looking display than LG V20, because it has a bit bigger display, a bit greater pixels quantity per display inch and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px.
LG V50 ThinQ counts with a bit faster processor than LG V20, because it has a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM. The LG V50 ThinQ shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than LG V20, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a camera with a lot lower resolution, it also counts with a larger sensor capturing higher quality pictures and a bigger aperture to take better low-light images.
The LG V50 ThinQ counts with a bigger memory for games and applications than LG V20, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V50 ThinQ also has 64 GB more internal storage. LG V50 ThinQ counts with better battery duration than LG V20, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
Although LG V50 ThinQ is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG V20, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V20. If you want to save some dollars, you can get LG V20, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
